(This is for those who use Internet Explorer)
First: You need to download MS Virtual Machine
When you click the above to download, you are going to be asked to either run, or save. SAVE to a place you will remember. Once the download is complete, go to the place you saved it, click on it and install/run the program. Once it is done, it will require you to restart your computer.
Second: Now that your computer is restarted and online
Open a browser window (the blue Internet Explorer icon)
At the top you will see: File - Edit - View - Favorites - Tools - Help
CLICK ON "TOOLS"
SCROLL TO "INTERNET OPTIONS"
Click on the "ADVANCED" TAB
Where it says: "Java (sun), UNCHECK the option below that
Where is says: Microsoft VM, ONLY CHECK the last option of "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled"
CLICK APPLY
CLICK OK
CLOSE YOUR BROWSER
OPEN A NEW BROPSWER
